To make the best breads, bagels and pastries, we use the modern baking industry’s best equipment with a team of well-trained employees. We are constantly evaluating industry trends and upgrading to meet the needs of our customers.
Our bakery is centrally located in Atlanta. With over 65,000 square feet, we work with a team of experience, committed bakers who work long hours at their craft. To them this is not just a job, but an expression of themselves.
Our production is enhanced with a 2008 equipment upgrade to state of the art baking equipment. This will help us produce the highest quality products more efficiently. We buy all ingredients locally and our flour is milled in central Georgia so it can be delivered fresh daily. Our facility works 24/7 to meet the needs our loyal customers.
From our facility we ship our products fresh throughout seven states in the southeast and southwest. We utilize tractor trailers for long range deliveries while local deliveries are made via city vans. We currently have a fleet of over 30 vehicles.
