The Taste of Atlanta
This year has been great thus far. Masada was a proud sponsor “Taste of Atlanta“. We were located in the Chef Hospitality tent where we had the honor of meeting and greeting all of the extraordinary chefs. More the 80 of Atlanta’s favorite restaurants and most exciting chefs were serving up their specialties and this provided everyone a chance to sample them all! Masada had the privilege of serving our breads to these top restaurants and chefs as they demonstrated to the world their amazing culinary gifts. Taste of Atlanta highlighted the incredible energy and diversity of Atlanta’s amazing food scene. While some were enjoying the many different samples, others watched the exciting face offs as two chefs went head to head on the main stage. They tackled secret ingredients, timed challenges, unique recipes and more! In addition, there was the “Taste of Atlanta Best Bartender” title competition.
A whole new Ball Game
We are so EXCITED! Our new tunnel oven has arrived and is in the process of installation. The oven should be up and running by mid December. This will enable us to get the product to you in a timely manner and bread will be made more efficiently.
Expanding Our Pastry Paradise
Say hello to our warm chocolate fudge brownies and a deliciously light tasting angel cakes that are heavy on cravings. Thanks to our new pastry chef in our midst, Christopher Crump. A top pastry chef that has spent the 11 years in the gourmet food service industry and five years as an instructor at a prestigious culinary school. Currently, there are plans to expand the pastry department by the end of the year. With the constantly growing cliental, we require increased production and efficiency . The mission on the pastry department is to create a top quality product that looks good and taste great daily. Ask for some samples today!

Assuming a sandwich was eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it would take 168 days to eat the amount of bread produced from one bushel of wheat. A family of four could live 10 years off the bread produced by one acre of wheat.

Your wish is our command! Per our customers request, we are expanding our Customer Service department by hiring top professional Customer Service Representatives. In order to support this growth we have moved our front office to the other side of the bakery. In the new building, they have much more space and room to grow! Our goal is to provide you a superior customer service and will continue to strive to deliver an exceptional experience every time. Meanwhile, we humbly request your patience as we go through this transition.
